Placing top priority on ensuring the safety and health of our employees, we will continuously improve our safety and health activities for better outcomes. In this way we will create a safe and comfortable workplace, maintain the physical and mental health of our people, and help each one of them in their pursuit of improved quality of life.
Policy
At our company, we prioritize occupational safety and health as a fundamental principle. We don’t just talk about it; we put it into practice. Our collective goal is to create a workplace with zero accidents—a place where every individual, across all aspects of our business, can work safely and maintain their well-being.
- Ensuring Workplace Safety and Well-Being: To prevent work-related accidents and promote the well-being of our employees, every Muratec employee will carry out the following activities and safety precautions under the guidance of the ‘All-Muratec Employee Health and Safety (EHS) Committee’:
Identify Hazards: We will identify factors that may endanger workplace safety and health, evaluate potential risks, and take measures to minimize them.
Employee Health: Our focus will be on maintaining or improving employee health and creating a pleasant work environment.
Mental Well-Being: We will also consider our colleagues’ mental well-being. - Compliance with Regulations: Muratec is committed to observing all relevant laws, internal regulations, and other requirements related to safety and health, including meeting our customers’ expectations.
- Safety Education and Training: We will provide relevant education and training to ensure that each employee becomes more safety-conscious and acts safely out of habit.
- Performance Monitoring: Muratec will track and monitor the results of our safety and health activities using specific performance indicators. Guided by these trends, we will continuously improve our safety practices proactively.
- Policy Review and Communication: Periodically, Muratec will review our Health and Safety Policies for relevance and appropriateness. We will communicate these policies to all employees and disclose them to society at large.
